Are you confused about what consitutes a good color scheme? The principles are fairly simple — colors that are opposite each on the color wheel tend to work well together, as do colors that are 60 or 120 degrees apart. The Color Scheme Guide is a Photoshop file that lets you select your dominant color and displays the two analogues and the three major complements. You can easily choose between the simple mode (only shows the six optimal colors) and the rich mode (includes variations in saturation and brightness).

The Color Scheme Guide is ©2007 Mike Gobbi and is distributed under the terms of the Artistic Licence.
